Salim studied Law and Marketing at De-Montfort University in Leicester having also completed his Legal Practice Course at De-Montfort achieving a commendation.
Following qualification in 2004 he joined Russell & Russell in 2005 and became a salaried Partner in the Family Department in 2008. Salim is a member of Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association) and also the ALC (Associated Lawyers for Children). Salim has extensive expertise and experience of dealing with all aspects of family and matrimonial work with an emphasis on child related matters and Divorce together with Social Services involvement and Care proceedings.
Away from work, Salim has a busy family life with his wife and 2 children. He also enjoys playing football, snooker and is a keen follower of most sports.
