New Appointment At Chester Office

The partners are delighted to announce the appointment of Mina Moghaddam to the Chester office Family Department. Mina is highly qualified with a B.Sc (hons) in Management; LL.B (1st class honours) in Law, a distinction in her Legal Practice Course and a Distinction in her Graduate Diploma in Law. Mina trained under a very experienced Children Law Practitioner in North Wales and has a special interest in Public Law Care work and Children work generally. She intends to develop this interest and expand the Public Law Children Department in addition to dealing with divorce, cohabitation disputes, financial matters, domestic abuse and family law work in general
