Licensing in the betting and gaming industry now falls into three categories - operating licenses, personal licenses and premises licenses. We have a wide experience in this sector including the licensing of betting offices and advising bookmakers in relation to track betting. The firm has also advised the Horserace Betting Levy Board in relation to the control of bookmakers and betting offices.
Our commercial department will deal with the actual sale and purchase of licensed premises together with any negotiations and associated contracts.
