Kate studied English at Reading University, Common Professional Examination at University of Central Lancashire and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, Chester.
Following qualification she joined Russell & Russell in 1997 and became a salaried Partner in the Family Department in 2001. Kate is accredited by Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association) as a specialist in advanced financial provision and private children law.
Her interests outside work include travelling, theatre, music and reading.
